Using Lobby Players

By hosting or joining a room on Lobby Players, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated from time to time — the "last updated" date above will change when they do.

The service

Lobby Players provides free, browser-based party games for hosting with a team, plus a few single-player games. It's provided "as is" — we do our best to keep it available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features (including individual games) may change or be removed over time.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Host accounts require you to provide an accurate email and to keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough, under the law that applies to you, to agree to these terms on your own behalf.
• Don't use Lobby Players to upload, submit, or transmit anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights — this applies in particular to Scavenger Hunt photo uploads and free-text answers in other games.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service (e.g. scripted abuse of rooms/rounds) or access it in ways not intended by its normal use.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of anything you submit (photos, guesses, captions, etc.). By submitting it within a room, you allow us to store and display it to that room's other participants for as long as the room and its data exist, per the Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Lobby Players is free and supported by ads served through Google AdSense. Ad content is selected by Google, not by us, and we aren't responsible for the products, services, or third-party sites those ads link to.

No warranty, limited liability

Lobby Players is provided free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
