Snakes & Ladders (Office Edition)
The classic board, with allies, rivals, and power-ups.
The 100-square board everyone grew up with, with two twists built for a group of coworkers. Before the first roll, every player is secretly given a random ally and a random rival among the other players. Land on one of the power-up tiles and you get to choose from 3 random power-ups — buff yourself, sabotage your rival, or help out your ally.
How to play
- 1 Round one reveals your random ally and rival before anyone rolls.
- 2 Take turns rolling and moving around the classic 100-square board with ladders and snakes.
- 3 Land on a power-up tile and pick 1 of 3 random power-ups on offer.
- 4 Powers can boost you, sabotage your rival, or help your ally — use them wisely.

Needs at least 3 players so ally, rival, and yourself are always three different people — turns a nostalgic board game into a bit of light office politics.
